What you get

Why use Cutlab for online video editor

01

Multi-track timeline

Separate tracks for video, overlays, audio, text, captions and effects. Drag, trim, split, duplicate and snap clips with undo and redo.

02

Private by design

Editing, AI transcription and export all run on your device. Your footage is never uploaded, so there are no queues and no file-size limits beyond your own memory.

03

Made for social video

Start from 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9 canvases sized for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and YouTube.

04

Everything in one place

Captions, filters, 16 effect blocks, speed, fades, overlays and live background removal — no plugins and no separate apps.

How it works

Three steps, no learning curve

  1. 1Open the editor and drop in your video, photos or music.
  2. 2Trim and arrange clips on the timeline, then add captions, text and effects.
  3. 3Choose a resolution and export your MP4 — no watermark added.

Good to know

Export currently records the timeline in real time, so a one-minute video takes about a minute to export and the tab needs to stay open. Very long or 4K projects are better suited to desktop editors.
